The Content Fixer rewrites a page’s text to fix the issues on its Readability tab: passive voice, long sentences, repeated sentence openings and missing transition words.
- Open the page in the editor and go to the Readability tab.
- Click AI Fix Content.
- Compare the original and the rewrite side by side.
- Click Approve — Apply Changes to replace the content, or close the window to keep what you had.
Nothing changes until you approve. When you do, the original is saved as a backup (the tab shows when) and in the post’s Revisions, where you can restore it.
The Content Fixer works on pages up to 6,500 characters of content, about 900 words. A longer page is refused with a message and nothing changes. If a rewrite comes back incomplete, it is not offered for approval.
