The sitemap or llms.txt shows “page not found”
Go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes. If permalinks are set to Plain, choose any other option first.
My robots.txt changes do not show
A real robots.txt file in your site’s root folder overrides the one WordPress serves. Ask your host to delete it.
Scores did not change after I edited a page
Scores are saved when you scan. Run the scan again from the dashboard.
“This licence has reached its activation limit”
The key is active on another site. Deactivate it there under ShadowSync SEO → Licence, or upgrade to Agency for unlimited sites.
Pro shows a notice and no Pro features
ShadowSync SEO Pro needs the free plugin. Install and activate ShadowSync SEO, then reload.
“AI response could not be parsed. Please try again.”
The AI’s answer came back in a form the plugin could not read. Try again; it is rare and does not repeat.
“Too many requests. Please wait a few minutes and try again.”
Your server reached the fair-use limit of 60 AI requests an hour. Wait and try again.
